The entrance to the barn is through a stable door which
leads into a very spacious and welcoming kitchen / dining room with the
full beamed ceiling giving the room plenty of character.
The cottage barn kitchen is further enhanced by the superb
range of hand made wooden kitchen units, with all the equipment you will
need to make your stay comfortable.
The large beamed sitting room is very tastefully decorated
featuring a gritstone fireplace with inset gas coal effect log burning
stove.
Patio
doors which take in the stunning view down towards Carsington Water lead
to a patio and the shared lawn areas.
From
the kitchen wooden stairs lead to the landing and a large double bedroom
with a king sized bed, stained floors and occasional rugs adding to the
charm. Off the main bedroom is an adjoining smaller bedroom which
makes an ideal childrens room.
The main bathroom has a bath and an electric shower, hand
basin and toilet.
